Grow your impact and your income — without selling out your values.
Join a heart-based conversation about what’s working in NVC-centered business today.

The Invitation

We brought together four practitioners who have each developed steady, meaningful livelihoods through NVC work — and who carry hard-won insights about what actually supports long-term success.

Our panelists have built sustainable, purpose-driven businesses — with their own blend of relationship, social change, spiritual, emotional, well-being, and financial success — while staying deeply aligned with NVC consciousness.

In this 2-hour online discussion, they’ll share what’s been most effective in their journeys — the turning points, mindset shifts, and practical business practices that helped them build thriving, easeful, values-aligned enterprises.

Whether you’re an NVC trainer (certified or not), a candidate for certification, or a social entrepreneur inspired by empathy-based business — you’re warmly invited.

Why We’re Hosting This

Because the world needs more thriving, well-resourced trainers and social entrepreneurs.

Supporting you to enjoy sustainability, creative freedom, and impact isn’t just “business support” — it’s movement-building.

When trainers and changemakers flourish, the work itself expands — reaching more people, transforming more systems, and making compassionate communication a viable way of life.

Imagine If…

✨ You walked away with just two practical ideas that could make your work more enjoyable and financially sustainable next year.
✨ You connected with a community of peers who share your heart and your entrepreneurial spirit.
✨ You heard how other NVC trainers built freedom and flow into their lives — and realized, “I can do this too.”

What would that mean for you?

You’ll Learn:

✅ The specific business structures and habits that keep successful trainers sustainable

✅ How they balance purpose, profit, and personal well-being

✅ The mindsets and marketing approaches that make growth authentic and joyful

✅ What not to waste energy on when you’re growing an empathy-based business

Overcoming Common Hesitations

“I feel discouraged — I’ve tried before and it didn’t take off.”

We’ve been there too. This conversation is meant to lift that weight by showing what’s possible, and how others turned their challenges into clarity and flow.

“I don’t want to feel salesy.”

Neither do we. You’ll hear stories of trainers who’ve grown their businesses through integrity, empathy, and genuine service — not pressure tactics.

“I don’t have time.”

You can listen while walking, cooking, or driving — and still gather insights that could save you months of trial and error.

Who It’s For

Who It’s Not For
