This was a real role play, no scripting or rehearsing, with a participant who volunteered when they heard I was looking for someone to do the demo with.

Session 3 — Practice, practice, practice:
Participants ask get instructions, ask questions, get into small groups to practice, and then come back out to debrief the experience.
