has been a CNVC Certified Trainer since 2003, has been studying business and marketing since 2006, and also works as a business coach for entrepreneurs.

CATHERINE COOLEY

is a CNVC Certified Trainer and a graduate of Marie Miyashiro’s Giraffe Business School. She is part of Marie’s international cohort delivering 3x3 Empathy Factors® to organizations worldwide.
Catherine has been an NVC solopreneur for ten years, building towards a sustainable practice by integrating relational depth with proven, values-aligned business and marketing systems.
