Module 1: Settle into our Community Container and Re-Frame Money, Business, and Marketing

As we get started we'll establish the container for our community and connect around our shared journey.

In this module you will transform how you see money, business, and marketing so that you feel empowered and confident.

We look at the energetics of money, business, and marketing — and redefine and re-contextualize so that you can align these forces toward the life you want and the impact you want to make.

These new ways of holding money, business, and marketing are empowering and useful — and they set the foundation for everything that follows for creating a values-aligned, Right Livelihood.

 



Module 2: Clarify Your Values, Life-Purpose, and Ideal Lifestyle — and Define Your Income Needs Based on That Lifestyle

In this module you will recalibrate your internal compass by clarifying your values, life-purpose, and your ideal lifestyle.

There are many people who are successful in work and business, but feel lost or miserable in Life. This program focuses on your ideal life first so that the Right Livelihood you create fits into and supports your life how you want to live it.

  



Module 3: Define Who You Serve and What You Do for Them (Identifying Your Niche)

 What you do may serve everyone, but you cannot market to everyone!

Figuring out who you serve and what you do for them is a powerful initial step in putting together your ikigai picture...
...identifying the convergence of what you do best, that you most enjoy, and
 finding the people with whom you most want to do it and in a way that gives you the resources to continue to learn, grow, be of service, and meet the material needs of your life.

 


 

Module 4: Create an Outcome Process

In this module we teach you a powerful method for taking any offering and breaking it down into a step-by-step set of instructions.

Creating an outcome process:
• makes it easier for your client to understand what you offer and therefore more likely that they'll say yes,
• makes it easier for you to talk about what you offer, because you've taken the time to identify the steps through which you take your clients,
• supercharges your ability to market what you do by helping you create micro-offerings based on the sub-components of your process.

This module gives you a foundation for the next one!

 



Module 5: Start with the End in Mind: Design Your Depth Offering

In this step you map out precisely what is the deepest way you can serve a client. This is typically the offering that requires the biggest commitment from them and from you — and therefore, usually what could pay you the most because you're solving more expensive problems.

Also known as a premium offering, we start here because the rest of what you build and create can point toward your deeper offering. This means that you are providing the people who work with you an easier way to go deeper when they want to. We will help you build that.

 



Module 6: Hone Your Marketing Message to Connect, Inspire, Attract, and Motivate

Your marketing message is a great opportunity to make a connection with the person on the other end, and it is the primary way you can let your potential clients know how what you have to offer can contribute to their needs.

In this module we will break down the key differentiation between jackal marketing and giraffe marketing — two entirely different paradigms on the topic — and we will identify exactly how marketing can be an act of service.

This module also gives you a framework for designing content and marketing messages in a way that is clear and compelling as well as adaptable to different media and contexts.

  


 
Module 7: Design Your Business Model so that You Have a Clear Plan for the Work Ahead and for Meeting Your Income Needs

In this module you take the elements you have gathered up to this point and focus on the concrete numbers.
How much do you need each month?
Which of your offerings, or what combination, per month would cover your monthly income needs?

Clarity around the numbers takes away the guess-work about the road ahead.

 



Module 8: Understand Your Marketing Options and Pick the Mix that Most Works for You To Attract A Consistent Flow of New Potential Clients

In this module you reduce the large variety of marketing options and focus it into something manageable.

Picking too many places and ways to market creates overwhelm and spreads your message thin, leading to disappointing results.

Paradoxically, limiting the marketing options you pick now gets you deeper traction which helps you expand your marketing options later.

In this module we go through this process together, so that the people who need you can most easily find you.

 



Module 9: Enroll New Depth Clients Who Say Yes!

In this module you learn the key mindset and simple methodology for having sales conversations that are not "sales-y."

We show you how to invite a potential client into a conversation where you can understand their needs, they can clarify the goals and outcomes they desire, and if you're a good match you can both say yes to the work ahead.

In the end, your client isn't saying yes to you. They are saying yes to themselves — their dreams, goals, aspirations or the problems they want solved — through working with you.
